At the ground floor there is a bathroom, complete of shower accessible also to people with limited physical ability. For them it is possible, upon request, to equip a double bed at ground floor.<\/p>\n<p>At the first floor, you can find two spacious bedrooms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Double room (with the possibility to add a 3rd bed for children), with private bathroom provided with bath tub with shower.<\/li>\n<li>Bedroom with two beds, spacious private bathroom with shower.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The two rooms are connected, but there\u2019s the possibility to make them two totally independent areas thanks to private entrances.
