The garden of Valsanzibio was built between 1665 and 1696 and today is one of the largest and most complete of the world&#8217;s historic gardens; it was awarded as &#8216;The most beautiful garden in Italy&#8217; in 2003 and won the third prize as \u2018The most beautiful in Europe\u2019 in 2007. In more than 10 hectares of surface you can find over 60 statues carved in Istrian stone and as many minor sculptures, creeks, waterfalls, fountains and ponds.
