APARTMENT NINFEA

The apartment Ninfea, located on the north-extremity of the colonnade, formed by a living area at ground floor, composed by a great livingroom with a kitchen that faces on the patio and the garden, thanks to a huge glass wall that can be opened. At the ground floor there is a bathroom, complete of shower accessible also to people with limited physical ability. For them it is possible, upon request, to equip a double bed at ground floor.

At the first floor, you can find two spacious bedrooms:

• Double room (with the possibility to add a 3rd bed for children), with private bathroom provided with bath tub with shower.
• Bedroom with two beds, spacious private bathroom with shower.

The two rooms are connected, but there’s the possibility to make them two totally independent areas thanks to private entrances. The apartment is suitable for two little groups of friends, who would like to have more privacy.
